Request to be Place on the District Board Agenda

Please fill-out the following form to be placed on the Hotchkiss Fire District Board Meeting Agenda. We meet once a month on the Second Monday of the Month at 6:30 PM. The Board follows Roberts Rules of Order in the Meetings. The Board May or May Not approve your request to be placed on the Monthly Agenda. The Board May or May Not take action on your request or concern, or they may table the request or concern to a later date or time. Personnel issues Will Not be descussed during any open meeting. If you have a personnel issue please note it in the form and a representative will contact you. If you wish to make a short statement in general, you will have three minutes during the Public Comment section at the District Meeting. The Board Will Not Take Any Action or Make Any Decision for a Public Comment. Thank you.
